Job Application – Automation Engineer / PLC Programmer (m/f)
We are looking for PLC Programmers and Automation Engineers to join our team and work on industrial automation projects, including PLC programming and commissioning of conveyor and warehouse systems abroad. If you have experience with PLC systems or are looking to build a career in industrial automation, submit your application and we will get in touch.
- PLC system programming (conveyor lines, palletizing systems, warehouse systems, shuttle systems)
- Development, modification, and testing of PLC and HMI logic
- Commissioning of production lines at the end customer’s site
- Troubleshooting and fault resolution in automation systems
- Collaboration with electricians, installers, and engineers on site
- Documentation of changes and communication with the project manager / client
- Depending on the project, work may take place:
- in Croatia (preparation, testing)
- abroad (Germany, Austria, Slovenia, and other EU countries)
- Completed higher education (BSc or MSc) in electrical engineering, automation, computer engineering, mechatronics, or a related field
- Practical knowledge of PLC systems – ideally Siemens TIA Portal (S7-1200 / S7-1500), HMI experience (WinCC) is an advantage
- Ability to read electrical schematics and understand the operation of industrial components (EPLAN)
- Willingness to work on site and travel abroad
- Basic knowledge of English or German
- Responsibility, ability to work independently, and professional communication with clients
- Valid Category B driving license
- Experience on logistics automation projects (conveyor systems, palletizing, warehouses, shuttle systems)
- Experience with on-site commissioning at the end customer
